Welcome to FHR. These Privacy Policy govern your use of our HR Management mobile application ("App") developed by FHR. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This App collects your location data even when the App is closed or not in use.
The FHR App requests access to your device's background location (precise GPS location, including when the App is running in the background or is not actively open on your screen).
Why we collect background location data:
Background location data is collected only during active work assignments as authorized by your organization. It is not collected outside of working hours unless your organization's HR policy requires it and you have been explicitly informed.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.
Some features of the App require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We value your privacy. Your personal and HR data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy.
As described in the Background Location Access Disclosure above, our App may collect and process your real-time location data, including when the App is running in the background or not actively in use.
Scope of use: Location data is used exclusively for legitimate HR management activities authorized by your organization, such as attendance tracking, geo-fencing, field staff monitoring, and work location verification. Location data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or as authorized in writing by your organization.
Data security: Location data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS) and stored on secured servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Retention: Location data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill HR management purposes or as required by applicable law.
Opting out: You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling background location permissions may limit or disable attendance tracking, geo-fencing, and related features.
All content, trademarks, and data on the App are the property of FHR or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FHR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after such notification implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
